Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Become
aware of your heart and breathe. Just breathe until your mind and body
become still and your heart and mind open.
As the stillness embraces you, remember the waters of Earth. Connect
to the waters that most call to your heart. See, hear, smell, taste the
water. Allow its presence to fill your awareness.
As the water fills your awareness, know that it holds the memory of
all that has happened upon Earth. Feel the depth of its presence and
emotional intelligence. Enter into awareness of its own unique journey
and how it is intertwined with the journey of all Earth’s children.
With this deep understanding and awareness offer a blessing to the
waters of Earth. Offer to hold the space that allows the water to
continue in its unique path so that it may fulfill its soul’s work.
Offer to be the space within that honors that indeed the water has its
own path. Bless the water on its journey without judgment or a desire to
fix it. Know it as whole and bless its existence as it is.
When you feel full, breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth,
bringing yourself into the awareness of this moment. Wiggle your fingers
and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live in the joyful knowing that the
waters in all things are blessed, and so you are as well.
